PTW Athletics Return & Exchange Policy


At PTW Athletics, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Restocking Fee

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and repackaging.


Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on eligible items (one-time per order).
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the original item back; we’ll cover the shipping of the exchange item to you.
  • Exchanged items could take 2-3 weeks to ship.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email ptw46athletics@gmail.com with your order number and request.
  2. Let us know if you’re requesting a return or an exchange, and the reason.
  3. We’ll respond with return instructions and next steps.


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (minus the 20% restocking fee) are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
